Abstract: After the comparison study on the Cultivation characteristies and nutrient content of 5 Leatius edodes strains, LD6 was proved to be the most excellent strain with more rapid fructification rate, shorter Caltivation period, the highest yield and abundant nutrients.So it was concluded that LD6 was more suitable for commercial cultivation in 5 strains.
