Abstract: Phanerophlebiopsis is a small genus in Dryopteridaceae, also an endemic genus of China. It was first founded by Ching, in 1965, but more pteridologists don't know it. Up to now, 9 species recognized, the provinces Guizhou and Hunan are its centre of distribution, thence it spreads northwardly to southeastern part of the province Sichuan, eastwardly to the province Jiangxi, southwardly to the province Guangxi and westwardly to the province Yunnan.A description of genus, a key of the species and mapof geographical distributonal area are given in tu paper.
