Abstract: Orthogonal design of three factors at three levels was applied to the optimization of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction conditions of volatile oils in Ledum palustre L. var. angustum N. Bugch. The effect of temperoture, pressure, flus of carbon dixide on extraction efficiency is studied. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as pressure 20 Mpa, temperature 35℃, carbon dioxide flow rate 60 kg·h-1.

Key words: Ledum palustre L. var. angustum N. Bugch, volatile oils, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction
