乙醇法提取植物纤维剩余物中木质素的表征

摘要: 以刺五加根茎剩余物为原料,分别以乙醇和碱为溶剂,分离提取得到乙醇法木质素和碱法木质素,两种木质素的酚羟基、羧基、总羟基和羰基活性官能团含量,为实现有机法木质素的高附加值资源化应用提供理论和实验依据。

Abstract: We extracted the lignin by kraft and ethanol method, with the residues of Acanthopanax root and stem as raw materials. We obtained two kinds of lignin, and measured the contents of active groups and composition including phenolic hydroxyl, carboxyl, hydroxyl and carbonyl. Our study will provide the theoretical and experimental basis for high-value resources applications of organic lignin.
