飞机草中木犀草素和槲皮素分析样品制备工艺

Analysis sample preparation of luteolin and quercetin from Eupatorium odoratum L.

摘要: 研究了飞机草中木犀草素和槲皮素分析样品的制备工艺,确定了超声提取法制备分析样品的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂85%乙醇,液固比10:1,提取时间1h,飞机草中木犀草素和槲皮素的提取率为0.031 8%和0.019 2%,平均加样回收率为99.601 7%和99.032 6%,表明此分析样品制备工艺准确度高,可靠性强。

Abstract: Analysis sample preparation of Luteolin and Quercetin from Eupatorium odoratum L. was studied. The optimum condition with ultrasonic extraction was as follows, 85% ethanol solution as solvent, ratio of liquid to solid 10:1(mL·g-1) ,extraction time was one hour. The average extraction yields of Luteolin and Quercetin were 0.031 8% and 0.019 2%,and the average recovery rates were 99.601 7% and 99.032 6%, the results showed the analysis sample preparation has good precision and reliability.
