小偃麦的选育及其形成途径的研究

摘要: 对普通小麦(Triticum aestivum)与中间偃麦草(Thinopyrum intermedium)杂交衍生的八倍体小偃麦,硬粒小麦(Triticum durum)与中间偃麦草杂交衍生的六倍体小偃麦的形成过程进行系统的细胞遗传学研究,并用荧光原位杂交(Fluore scence in situ hybridization)技术研究了小偃麦的染色体构成。结果表明:小偃麦的形成是由杂种F1产生非减数的雌配子,经亲本小麦回交产生回交一代(BC1F1)。BC1F1在AABBDD或AABB中枢染色体组的缓冲下,连续自交经人工选择、鉴定而形成稳定的小偃麦。

Abstract: In this paper, the synthetic procedure of octoploid Trititrigia from t.aestivum×Th.intermedium and hexaploid Trititrigia from T.durum×Th.intermedium were revealed by systematic cytogenetic studies.We detected the chromosome constitution of Trititrigia by using fluorescence in situ hybridization.The results indicated that the production of Trititrigia is related to the unreduced gametes and the pivotal genomes of the BC1F1 plants.
