低温诱导小麦叶片细胞表面糖蛋白的变化

THE DISTRIBUTION ON GLYCOPROTEINS LAYER AT THE CELL SURFACE IN THE LEAVES OF WHEAT DURING COLD HARDENING

摘要: 利用细胞化学的方法,对经过不同时间低温诱导小麦细胞表面糖蛋白的动态变化进行了标记定位电镜观察。小麦幼苗经2-3℃下低温锻炼后,细胞表面的糖蛋白层出现明显的增厚,随之开始逐渐地减少变薄,有些细胞表面的糖蛋白层部分脱落于细胞间隙。随低温诱导处理时间不同,细胞表面糖蛋白层表现出的由少量到增厚,最后部分的脱落减少变薄这一有规律的变化现象表明,低温诱导能够引起小麦细胞表面糖蛋白的合成积累,抗寒性较强的冬小麦较非抗寒性的春小麦,糖蛋白层增厚的现象更加明显,耐受低温条件的时间也较长。

Abstract: Cytochemical localization of glycoproteins at the cell surface in the leaves of wheat was observed by electron microscopy using ruthenium red changes in the cell surface, glycoproteins in cold hardened.the thickness of glycoproteins layer seemed to have increased during the seedlings hardened at 2-3℃.prolong the time of cold hardened the glycoproteins layer appeared to have moved into the intercellular spaces and thinner.the glycoproteins at the cell surface in hardy winter wheat seedlings appeared richer than those of non-hardy spring wheat seedling.the results mentioned above suggested that plant cell surface may be closely associated with the plant's ability to resist cold hardiness.
