摘要: 肾叶唐松草(Thalictrum petaloideum L.)幼苗初生维管系统的个体发育研究证明,正如谷安根等在"Studies on Cotyledon Node Zone"的研究中所发现的那样,它也存在一个子叶节区和以该区为中心的两个过渡区,即子叶节区向下的子叶节-根过渡区(下胚轴)与子叶节-茎过渡区(即子叶节区的中部和上部)。在它的子叶节区下部存在中始式二原型具双钩状后生木质部的单中柱。

Abstract: Studies on the ontogeny of the primary vascular system of the seedling of Thalictrum petaloideum L. showed that a cotyledon node zone (CNZ) and two transition regions with CNZ being the centre existed in Th. petaloideum. The cotyledon node-root transition region, namely hypocotyl, was from CNZ downward and the cotyledon node-stem transition region was the meristematic tissue in the middle and upper parts of CNZ. The results were the same with what were observed by Gu Angen et la. (Studies on Cotyledon Node Zone).[7] A mesarch and diarch haplostele with metaxylem in double hook form was observed in the lower part of CNZ of Th. petalcidrum.
