北五味子果实超临界CO2萃取工艺的研究

摘要: 通过正交设计的试验方法,探讨了超临界CO2法萃取五味子果实中木脂素的工艺条件,确定了最佳工艺条件为萃取压力30 Mpa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间120 min。

Abstract: The optimal conditions of extraction of lignans by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction from fruits of Schisandra chinensis using L9(34) orthogonal test were studied; The optimal conditions of extraction are as follows: pressure is 30 MPa, temperature is 50℃ and time is 120 min.
